When a customer pays an invoice online, I receive the email notice that is sent to the administrator right after the customer pays the invoice. The problem is that I keep receiving the same email notifications that are sent to the administrator. The day that an invoice is paid, I receive an email notification for the same invoice almost every hour, then the next day I am receiving the same notification for the same invoice again.

Not sure what is going on.

    hmm.. is it possible that PayPal keeps sending the "confirmed" notifications to your site, for some reason..? (and that's why the email function gets triggered and you receive the email.)

    PayPal confirms that they are not sending multiple "confirmed" notifications to my site. My customers and the site admin keep getting the emails daily from the Invoicing system.

    Any other ideas?

    It's only Invoices that have been paid with Paypal.
    I removed the customer's email address from the Invoice and the Contact info to stop the repeated emails.

    I had removed the emails so it would stop sending the notifications. Next time I get a PayPal payment, we'll see if it happens again.
