When you make a new invoice and save the immediate status is set to "Past due date" no matter if the payment due date is set to a date in the future or if a payment was made towards the invoice immediately (on the same date).

Every time we make out a new invoice we have to manually change the status.

Please advise

    That makes no much sense.. is the "invoice status" set to "blank" ? (and the options in Invoice Manager set to "calculate status automatically")

    The invoice status is not set to blank but automatically set to "Past due date" and the Invoice manager settings are set to "calculate status automatically"

    no need for me to take a look.. you already described the reason: if the status is "past due date".. then that's what it will show. you need to set it to "blank"...

    When I make anew invoice I leave the status blank but when I save the invoice it shows "past due date"
