I have one issue and one request regarding delivery costs on invoices using IM in combination with Hikashop:

Issue: For orders created online in Hikashop, the delivery costs are missing on the invoice.


Of course, I checked the forum before raising this issue and it seems to be too obvious to be a bug given the number of clients you indicate to have for IM.

I have the latest version of the IM component as well as the latest Hikashop plugins.

I just made a test order in the live environment and worth mentioning is that:

- The delivery costs are correctly included on the standard Hikashop invoice.
- The order status is 'confirmed'
- The IM invoice is correctly sent to the customer (that's me) via email since the status is 'confirmed' in line with the settings of the plugin

However, as stated, the delivery costs are missing which results in the annoying fact that the paid invoice amount differs from the amount in the invoice sent to my customers.

Again, I hope I simply overlooked something but please tell me what.
Although it is a live environment now, I am happy to share login credentials to get this sorted out asap.

Luckily the majority of my orders are business orders which I create in the backend . Which brings me to the request:

Request: include the delivery costs as a surplus on total invoice level


I now add an invoice item for shipping costs on orders I make in the backend for business customers, but I would be nicer (nothing more than that) to have a subtotal row like for discounts and VAT , payment fees for the shipping costs.

I saw posts on the forum that it would be a future feature, but that posts dates from two years ago (2014) ....

    hello!

    1. well, this should definitely be imported. Maybe there's just some configuration in HikaShop that is handling things differently and that's why it isn't importing them. If you could send me access, I'll be very happy to take a look. I'm sure it will be super easy to fix once I see it.

    2. thanks for the suggestion... for now, shipping costs are counted as an "item" but we will consider this, although it's not as easy to implement as it may look like (every extension handles Shipping costs differently, that's why de decided to have this the way we do, it's more flexible...)
