After clicking "Pay now" under the Authorization.net payment tab it goes to https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll payment form, and the full name is within the "First Name" box, as shown in the attachment. Is it possible to have the First and Last name inputed in the respective input fields so that the person paying the invoice doesn't have to manually do that?

Thanks.

Hello!

yes, I understand. In any case, to have the two separate fields in Invoice Manager would require a bit of custom coding work.

We may try to ad the option of showing the payment form inside the site for Authorize.Net instead of being redirected, we will look into this for the future!

And to confirm, when clicking the "Pay now" under the Authorize.Net payment tab it's supposed to go to Authorize.Net's website to their payment form; and not an integrated payment form within my website?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

it is supposed to go the Authorize.Net's website , that's normal behavior.

the first and last name can't be separated directly because they are in one unique field in Invoice Manager. to allow this we would require to at least "split" the name.. but it would be only an aproximation (separate it on the blank space, for example)... but if the user had a middle name, for example, it would not work perfectly..

Hi, thanks for the answers. Are there future plans to integrate the payment form into the website instead of being directed to Authorize.Net's website?

    Thanks again.

Hi. Regarding the First/Last name, I was thinking instead when creating a Contact within Invoice Manager is to have separate "First Name" and "Last Name" fields; instead of splitting the one Name input field.

    Thanks.
