no, it's not a known problem.. haven't heard of it before.

if you want to send joomla and FTP access I'll take a look.

I found out that the problem occurs when you attach an attachement to an expense that already had an attachement.
So i than tried to delete the attachement an the problem occurs again.

Can you reproduce this problem?
Otherwise i send you the login from my site, but than we need to make an appointement so i can directly restore the site.

I've just found out that each time i want to change the item this problem appeares. It is not the attachement that causes the problem but the fact it is reccuring.
I changed the item and watched my database in the same time look at the resul in the attachements. recur1.png is the beginning.
After a couple of seconds recur2.png, and after waiting again for a couple of seconds there is recur3.png. When i look at the items there are thousands of the same item i was editing.
So recurring an item is the big problem here.

I switched of the recure an the problem is solved. So i think this should be investigated by the developers
