joo 3, statistics, admin, error

in joomla 3.3.6, activating one of the admin moduls
Content Statistics (RANKING) or Content Statistics (EVOLUTION IN TIME)
results in a mysql error on the content statiscs page of the component

1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'GROUP BY DAY(date_event), MONTH(date_event), YEAR(date_event) ORDER BY date_even' at line 1 SQL=GROUP BY DAY(date_event), MONTH(date_event), YEAR(date_event) ORDER BY date_event

is this component really joomla 3 ready?

    Hello,

    yes, it is fully Joomla 3 ready.
    maybe there's some issue on the module settings? can you make a screenshot of the module settings?

    and the error disappeared
    still unusual, that settings may cause errors

    the thing is that maybe there was some wrong setting there and that's what caused the issue.. :) anyway good thing you got it solved!
