Tracking of Downloads not work

Hello,

I downloaded and installed ContentStatistics and the Extension for DocMan. When I download a Docman File, nothing will be tracked by the JoomlaThat! Content Statistcs Component. The Component View is empty.

I am using Joomla 3.3.6 and DocMan 2.0.4.

What can I do?

    please, make sure that you have installed the version for DOCman 2 in our downloads area.

    i downloaded and install the component plg_contentstats_com_docman_2.0_1.4.4_2.5.zip from your website, attached you will find a screenshot from the module in the administrator interface.
