We purchased Content Statistics for the sole purpose of using with Virtuemart3 & more specifically, for us to watch what is happening in the back end admin of Virtuemart.

We where having issues of virtuemart orders being removed from a pedning status & being deleted, but also order changing from shipped to confirmed, etc.
So we changed the way we use the back of the site, set up lots of new backend users & at the same time installed Content Statistics, with the virtuemart plugin. We have left this running & colecting data for a few weeks.


But now we are starting to use this & look into the statistics, we are finding that lots of data is sometimes missing or not reported by content statistics.

For example, in the CS component I used the search & filtering to show;

All data from com_virtuemart
Set a date range - Was actually last weekend just gone
Set item to 6 - Order Status Update

We ran that search and exported the data into a CSV file.

We know that within that date range 2 separate administrators, with 2 separate logins, where administering the site and both marked orders as shipped, or cancelled/refunded - But only one of the administrators shows in the report. There was no user filter set

We know that some orders where marked as shipped/cancelled/refunded, but this data is not recorded in Content Statistics & the orders still show as confirmed in Content Statistics.

Please can you check and/or advise?

LES-2016-4847 is showing as Shipped in Virtuemart, but no entry in Content Statistics for USER Jolene having set to Shipped.
This was a confirmed order at 0841 & marked shipped by USER Jolene 2/11/16 @ 1107

This was a confirmed order at 1556 on 1/11/2016 & marked shipped by USER Jolene 2/11/16 @ 1107

LES-2016-4837 is showing "Cancelled" in Virtuemart, but last record in Content Statistics was when it was Confirmed
Confirmed at 1025 on 31/10/2016 - Cancelled at 1156 on 31/10/2016
