I can't get any kind of download statistics from ZOO to show up. In some places I'm using the native ZOO File (Download) element, in some other places it's the ZOOlanders Download Pro element. Neither seem to be recorded and displayed.
In the plugin settings I can enable article and category views and comments, but not downloads - see attached. Please let me know if this is possible, it would be a very useful thing to track. Thanks!

0The Component is tracking the native ZOO Download element but not the ZOOlanders Download Pro element.-
Germinal Campsmore than a month agowell, this means that ZOOlanders Download Pro is using a different method for download, therefore it's not Zoo-native and it's not tracked... probably some new plugin would be needed to track these. in any case, nothing shows up, even for the native downloads, on the module? have you taken a look at this? http://www.joomlathat.com/documentation/content-statistics/configuring-the-zoo-plugin

0I added "type=File" as an extra filter and the downloads are now showing up. I thought this was optional, but it looks like the module needed it to work.
Do you think it would be possible to create a ZOOlanders Download plugin?-
Germinal Campsmore than a month agoit's not optional :) good think you could make it work.
about this custom plugin, we can create it through our Custom Coding Service. you can contact us at support@ joomlathat.com
