ZOO Downloads

I can't get any kind of download statistics from ZOO to show up. In some places I'm using the native ZOO File (Download) element, in some other places it's the ZOOlanders Download Pro element. Neither seem to be recorded and displayed.

In the plugin settings I can enable article and category views and comments, but not downloads - see attached. Please let me know if this is possible, it would be a very useful thing to track. Thanks!

The Component is tracking the native ZOO Download element but not the ZOOlanders Download Pro element.

I added "type=File" as an extra filter and the downloads are now showing up. I thought this was optional, but it looks like the module needed it to work.
Do you think it would be possible to create a ZOOlanders Download plugin?

I thought it was optional because the tooltip says "Leave EMPTY unless you know what you're doing".
Thank you for your help! I'll be in touch about the custom work.
