I purchased Calendar Planner and have put in recurring weekly appointments for approximately 10 people starting in May 2016 and ending in Sept 2016. All works well until I get to the 11th person and the software blows up spewing error messages all over the screen and adding 35000 erroneous calendar entries for that 11th person. I have cleared everything out and started over 3 times now with the same end result. I am a programmer, and it seems as though you must have some sort of upper limit set that is causing this to take place. This is holding up my ability to bring a website live for one of my clients.

there's no upper limit programmed... this is weird.

are you adding a recurring "end" date?

Yes, I am. I am putting in a one hour appointment. The recurring start date is today and the recurring end date is September 30, 2016. It works fine for the first few (like 10-11) people and on the very next entry, it abends, spewing the error messages all over the screen and in turn, adds 35000 erroneous entries to the database. On those erroneous entries, the year starts with 0001 and increments from there.

this is really strange, I haven't encountered this before.
I will test locally to see if I can reproduce this issue. if you want, send me access to your site and I'll take a look there.

If you have been unable to reproduce this problem locally, please let me know and I'll set up the site access for your trouble-shooting. Will you require FTP access as well?

As I mention above, this is holding up a website that I need to go live. What are the next steps on this?

    hi, sorry for the delay.
I haven't been able to duplicate this on my end. So, yes, at this point, can you send me joomla admin access and FTP?
also, if you can write to me "step by step" what you do to get to the issue, it would be great.
