I have the extended version of Affiliate Tracker and I have two levels of commissions. I'm using EasySocial for user signup and J2Store to manage payment. The work flow of a user singing up works smoothly, except when an affiliate link is used it is not generating a parent in the accounts page. So the second level commission is not being recorded and a parent child is not being listed under the parent column.

I saw a thread on this subject http://www.joomlathat.com/support/affiliate-tracker/building-hierarchy-automatically-not-working#reply-32782 and tried uppublishing the "New affiliate for new user - Affiliate Tracker" plugin. That just caused more issues. Then the new affiliate sign up user was not logged into the account section. I did see the user in the logs as visiting the site, but they didn't become an affiliate account user.

How do I get the new affiliate sign up person to be logged in as a new affiliate account and also generate the parent child relationship so commissions get paid correctly? The signup that records the affiliate is the Affiliate Unlimited Photos profile.

The upload of the screen shot did not work as your system does not accept a PDF. So I uploaded a jpeg version. :-)

    hello

so.. if I understand correctly, the affiliates are being created at the moment of registration through EasySocial (because you have our plugin "New affiliate for new user - Affiliate Tracker" installed).

but if they came from an affiliate link, it's not linked to the parent. right?

    this should work, indeed.

If you can send me access at support@ joomlathat.com I'll be glad to take a look to see what's going on.
