Hello,

I installed affiliate tracker in my joomla 3.6.2
Plugins / Extensions:
- Affiliate Tracker
- J2Store - Affiliate Tracker
- Payments - PayPal
Components:
Affiliate Tracker

Next, I configurated everything.

Now I made a test affiliate account.
A friend of mine got the URL with .../?atid=3
He buyed a product from the shop and I went back to the dashboard for affiliates.

The problem is that there are no conversions and no commissions tracked.
Maybe there´s a problem with the cookie?

I hope you can help me..

    hello!

    one question:

    did you get a LOG generated when this user accessed your website? (not the CONVERSION, but the LOG)

    Hello,

    not really. I tested it again with my smartphone with a guest account and no wlan.
    There are no new logs for the affiliate user...
