E-mailing invoices is only 1 click away with Invoice Manager. You can send the invoices from your backend administration area, selecting all the invoices you want to send and clicking on the "Send" button just once. All the selected invoices will be sent.
You can also send invoices one by one by clicking the send button on each invoice. After sending an invoice, the last column will show you when was the last time it was sent.
In the frontend area, your customers will also see the e-mail option so they can decide to receive the email to their inboxes whenever they want to.
The invoices will be sent to all the emails that you have entered for the selected invoice.
Send PDF invoices over e-mail
You can allow the option for the invoices to be converted to PDF, and the generated file to be attached to the email sent to the client. This way, the user will receive the invoice PDFs right into their email account!
