Access restrictions

Set your events to be private (for your own use only) or public (anyone can see them)

Private events are events that only its creator can see and manage. It's the kind of events that you can find in a personal calendar, or simply events that are for your own information.

On the other hand, public events are events that anyone will be able to see in their calendars. The creator of the event will still be the only one with permission to edit that event, but anyone else will be able to see its details, and even set personal notifications for that event.

Setting the access permission on an event

In any calendar view (week, month, list...) you can choose to only display your private events, or any public event.
